After experiencing the same day hundreds of times, I killed someone just to see what it felt like.

I woke up at the dawn of next day to the sound of police breaking down my door.

 

같은 날이 수백 번 반복된 후, 그게 어떤 느낌인지 알아보기 위해 사람을 죽였습니다.

경찰이 내 문을 부수는 소리에 다음날 새벽, 잠에서 깼습니다.

 

 

Drip...drip...drip

It's been 15 minutes and I'm beginning to think my interrogator didn't fake his heart attack.

 

똑…똑…똑…

15분이 지났을 때 문득 생각이 들었다. 심문관이 심장마비를 일으킨 척 하는것이 아닌걸까?

아이가 정신이 없는 부모들에게서 훨씬 더 멀리 떨어져 있었기 때문에, 저는 어둠 속에서 뛰어내려 아이를 데려갈 준비를 했습니다

그녀의 발이 수영장의 가장자리에 움푹 들어갔을 때, 나는 내 스키테를 그렸습니다

 

 

"Tomorrow's forecast calls for a high of 112 with an overnight low of 98." The news anchor proclaims.

Upon hearing this, my grandmother lets out a snort of disbelief as she says, "Alaska hasn't had such a cold day in February since I was a little girl."

 

“날씨 예보에서 내일은 최고 44도, 밤새 최저 36도가  예상됩니다." 뉴스 앵커가 말했습니다.

이 말을 들은 할머니는 "내가 어렸을 때부터 알래스카는 2월에 이렇게 추운 적이 없었다"며 믿을 수 없다는 표정을 지었다.

 

 

“You can’t keep me trapped in here,” my little sister cried as she pushed past us and flung open the cellar door.

We all screamed as the doors were ripped off their hinges and my sister was lifted up in the air and syphoned into the violent vortex.

 

“날 여기에 가둬둘 순 없어." 여동생이 우리를 밀어내고 지하실 문을 열면서 울었습니다.

문이 경첩에서 뜯겨져 나가고 동생이 공중으로 들어올려져 격렬한 소용돌이 속으로 사라지자 우리는 비명을 질렀습니다.
